The carrageenan has been reviewed repeatedly until it is approved that it is safe as afood additive.

People are wrong when they think that carrageenan is not safe. It has been great and safe as the food stabilizer, gelling agent, and thickener. Sometimes, the carrageenan is confused with the poligeenan, and it makes people think about carrageenan in the wrong way. The use of the carrageenan is not the same as the poligeenan. It means that the myth about carrageenan could be about the poligeenan. The carrageenan has great contribution in the food industry. The false fact about the carrageenan should be straight out because it can be used in many products.
